the Ubbi changing mat was packed tightly for transit purposes and may feel firmer than usual. its original softness will restore itself naturally within a few days of the product being unpacked and laid flat.
before first use, wipe with a damp cloth and hang-dry for 24 hours. wipe the changing mat gently or rinse it with warm water and mild soap. do not use harsh abrasive, bleach or chemical detergent as these can wear out the material.
